NSYLA Refund Policy

NSYLA has implemented the following refund policy.   If you are going to request a refund, please read the information below.
 
Refund requests must be received in writing by e-mail to the Treasurer.  Go to Contact Us page to email the current registrar.

Registration refund requests prior to January 15th will be subject to a $40 fee to cover the insurance we pay in December. USLacrosse membership fees and any fees associated with online registration through LeagueAthletics.com will not be refunded. Any refund request received after January 15th will NOT be honored.
 
If a player becomes injured before the season and the player will not be cleared to return to play by the first game, the player can request a refund. In order to be considered for a refund, a written Doctor’s report must be submitted to the Registrar.
 
The Board of Directors at its sole discretion will review requests for refunds for season ending injury or family relocation. The Board may also review requests for refunds for other extraordinary circumstances at their sole discretion. All refund requests must be made in writing to the Registrar who will present them to the Board. All requests must have verifiable evidence of injury, relocation or other extraordinary circumstance. If the board does grant a refund, it will be a pro rata portion of the unused fee. No refund requests will be considered past May 25th of the current season.
